He has played pivotal roles in many films and some of them are Risk, Bas Ek Pal, A Wednesday, Vikalp and mainly national award winning director Madhur Bhandarkar's Jail (played the role of Jailor). Recently, he has played the role of saras's father in Saraswatichandra on Star Plus.
BiographyChetan Pandit hails from Dewas,Madhya Pradesh. He was graduate from National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi 1994-1997 batch and was the only student selected from Madhya Pradesh in the year 1994 out of total 20 students nationwide. He started amateur theatre in 1988 at native place in Dewas and while doing BSc from Holkar Science College, Indore and subsequently PG Diploma in Photography and Videography from DAVV Indore. Throughout, he continued active theatre with professionals.
FamilyChetan Pandit married to Kanupriya Pandit who is from the theatre background. Her group is called Killol and their forte is children's theatre. Chetan have two daughter Kavvya and Aatya.
