She was last seen as Mahi in Zee Tv's popular daily soap Tashan-E-Ishq. Currently she is playing the role of an antagonist Sonali in Life OK's show Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi.

Shritama Mukherjee was born on 3 November 1993 in Kota, Rajasthan. She did her schooling from Sophia in Kota Jn. She used to participate in various cultural programs at school times and was also good at academics. She continued her studies till 10th standard, then left her studies for her career in modelling and eventully got a big break in television. Her journey started with the participation in reality show Antaakshari after which, she started making her own contacts.
